This privacy notice explains how the Uttar Pradesh Corrugated Box Manufacturers’ Association (UPCBMA) collects, uses, and protects information you share when using upcbma.com or its chapter sub-sites.

What we collect

We collect only the information you give us directly through forms on the site — the contact form, lab booking form, agenda proposals, comments, and the membership request form. That includes your name, email, phone, company, and whatever text you enter in the form fields. We additionally log your IP address and browser user-agent for forms you submit, to help us handle spam and fraud.

How we use it

Form submissions are routed to the relevant chapter administrator who acts on them — replying to your message, confirming your lab booking, processing your membership application, or moderating your comment. We do not share or sell this information to third parties.

Cookies

The site uses one functional cookie to remember the chapter you’re viewing in the admin panel. We use authentication cookies set by Supabase Auth when you sign in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Data retention

Submissions are retained as long as they remain useful to the association — lab bookings indefinitely as a service record, contact messages until they’re resolved, and audit logs for as long as administratively required.

Your rights

You may write to the secretariat at any time to request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us via the contact form.
